Help getting songs onto ipod?

Okay, so I'm downloading music from Frostwire, and my songs are finished downloading. I can play them on my laptop but I can't get them onto my ipod 'cause it says the songs have 0kb. How can I fix this? Sorry if it doesn't make much sense.

Update:

The songs I've downloaded from frostwire say they have 0kb.

    Just select the songs from frostwire and open your Itunes. Drag them over to the Itunes and the should load onto your Ipod

    Are all the songs saying 0 kb?

    What program does your song open up with?

    It might be because its saved differently from what Ipod needs/ Im not 100% sure how to change it. But try a google search.
