I seriously need some answers for this one?
A buddy of mine who has a daughter who is approx. 8years old has told him that her mother has had sex with her boyfriend while the little girl was in the room. He has called the police, they won't do anything, he has called Defacs, they won't do anything.
Something needs to be done, but where can he turn?

He could get a lawyer, and go to court for full custody of his daughter. The daughter would be given a guardian at-litem to decide what's in the best interest of the child... and obviously, that type of behavior from the mother is NOT in the best interest of the child!

Of course they won't do anything. I've seen kids taken out of perfectly good homes because a parent smokes marijuana nowhere near the child. These sickos are having sex in front of their 8 year old and everything is gravy. If i was the father of the child you can bet your *** two bullets would be shot off into awaiting heads.

I would suggest you contact your Prosecuting Attorney's Office to file a petition for child abuse or neglect. Problem would be the evidence that you have. It would be an eight year old against her mother (she said - she said).

He can leave her and try to get custody. No crime was committed, and as immoral as that is, I don't think the police can do anything.
