What can I do to make 2011 my best year ever?

-get enough rest at night

-end relationships with anyone who doesn't love you as you are

-start looking at what you have instead of what you don't

-help at least one person with something every month

-don't take sides in a fight between others

-tell the truth in a kind way

-read more

-watch less tv

-walk more, enjoy nature

-go on at least three picnics, make them as simple or fancy as you want

-spend some time alone every day

-pray

-think of 5 things you are thanful for every day

-smile at kids and old people all year

-go to at least two live-music events, any kind

-get rid of anything in your house you don't use, give it to charity

-plant something

-listen to music that you have never paid attention to before

-read a poem or two

-have at least 4 spa days before the year ends

-if your parents are still alive, call them more often, or write letters
