You better start on a taper TODAY or you will end up in withdrawal. Start by only taking just enough to stay out of total with drawl. This should be like 1/2 every 4-6 hrs. Slowly increase the amt of time till your next dose till you are at 3/day then 2 then none. Best wishes on that. Otherwise you are looking at 72 hrs of hell but then it will be done. So pick your poison (if you have the self control)

Just slowly taper your dosage off, better now than never.
that isn't too bad of a tolerance as of right now.. but it will get a lot higher and fast.
I normally would take 50mg at a time before getting switched to oxycontin.
Also if your worried about detoxing get yourself some kratom from a headshop.. it works on opiate receptors the same way.. You wont detox that way.
Good luck.

i understand somebody who had the same situation, and he or she could in basic terms take a a million/2 pill at a time until she hit a definite extreme, and then will bypass into opposite bit via bit on a daily basis. She pronounced that labored for her by using fact she became into additionally inspired to get off vicodin besides. She became into on it for 2 years by using a returned muscle she pulled. Her wellbeing practitioner became into loopy even with the undeniable fact that, each and each month she have been given a prescription for one hundred eighty of them. Now that's in basic terms no longer top.

If you don't want to go cold turkey, then cut down on them by 2, then one until you have none. By that time you should be able to function without them. Best of luck to you!
