GH:Does anyone else hate......?
how they schedule the interesting things to happen when there is going to be a long period between the new episodes like during holidays.
and i also hate how they dont play the interesting things until the last five minutes of the episode and then you have to wait forever to find out what happens.
Lol sorry about the rambleing. :)

Yep. But that being said, it is what has kept shows on the air for over 40 years! We are suckers for cliffhangers and we will count the hours til Monday. Happy New Year all and happy viewing good storylines in 2011!!
Cheers.

I hate that too but it definitely keeps you watching until the end of the show and makes you really look forward to the next new show. It's been a long time since GH had a cliffhanger (they used to have them every Friday) so I'm enjoying the anticipation and excitement. I just wish it was only 2 days and not 4!

Me too! But welcome to the world of soaps, it is how they manage to stay on for a long time with the hooks, cliffhangers and breaks to keep people at the edge of their seats and coming back for more the next day. That is why I usually watch the 2nd half of most soaps *exlcuding certain episodes* because the first half is usually filler story line

Yes! With the bus crash today, I was on the edge of my seats and all that happened in the last 5 minutes was basically what we saw in the promos. I mean we saw the bus crash while Morgan was on the phone with Carly (and she knows they crashed) and then we saw all of the main characters (Steve, Olivia, Cameron, Michael, Morgan, Kristina, Molly, Allie, Taylor, etc) lying in the snow with cuts and bruises. Especially now that there is a break, I am disappointed!

I do hate when it's just getting good. It's like an extended weekend break now. Hopefully this storyline is good and things wrap up quick. I want to see what happens in 2011.

Yeah, that is always horrible! I mean, i always love watching reruns, it's nice to see old faces, but not when there's a life or death situation going on in the present! It sucks, but it's how they keep us hooked!

I like them. Then I do not. Depends what story has sparked my liking that week. But I'm excited to see he relationship become something between Michael and Abby.

I hate it also and just checked and the next 2 days (in the U.S.) are reruns so we won't know anything till next week, probably Friday.

Oh I KNOW! That really irritates me! Just when it gets good, they break on us and we have to wait!
