I need to tone my legs and thighs what exercise would be best for me?
I pretty much need to focus on my legs right now, even though I have other problem areas. I have lost a total of 90 lbs so far but it seems that with the weight I lost my muscles as well. I really need to tone my legs from top to bottom. I use the tread mill and walk between a half mile on a lazy day and a mile and a half on a better day, I recently bought a mini stair stepper which I just started using a limited amount. I would like to gain great muscle tone in order to help me burn fat.
Any help would be appreciated

Then what you need to do is leg toning exercises such as squats, lunges, imperial lunges, sidekicks etc. If you invest in a Wii and then get the Wii Fit Plus game, they have many different exercises you can do to tone your legs.
Otherwise check out Seventeen.com and check out their fitness videos. They have many and from personal experience they work a treat.
Remember to eat a high protein diet too :)
