chicken enchiladas make it in a casserole. You can boil or bake the chicken you shred it.  Then you get corn tortillas and fry them in a little oil in a pan. You should saute some chicken and garlic in another pan and make some chili sauce you layer tortillas chicken sauce and cheese fill up a baking pan and bake until it's warm on about 350 for about half an hour.

I love chicken...the easiest recipe I have is...melt a couple tablespoons butter in a skillet...I take chicken breast [boneless] and brown..then add heavy cream and simmer until chicken is tender..Serve over rice...

chicken fingers
wash and cut chicken into strips
toss in beaten eggs
roll in a coating of 2 parts crushed Townhouse crackers  to one part flour
fry in vegetable oil until golden brown and no longer pink inside
serve with assorted sauces
BBQ, honey mustard, sweet sauce,even just ketchup
easy and delish!
