Have you checked your computer for malware to be sure it's not a malware infection? Because if it is it is easy to fix.

Another option is to go online with the computer you are currently using and find a McAfee program called Stinger It is an anti-virus program that you can put on a memory stick and from their install on your computer to try to disinfect your computer.

This program only hunts for the most common viruses though but it's worth a try.

And if you know of the name of your virus Kaspersky has a website that lets you download programs that disinfect specific infections.

The only answer here is to get a flash drive, and turn it into a "Windows System Repair Flash Drive".

    - Video on how to make this flash drive - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nHk6BNtwy5w

(Read description for more detailed answer)

    - Then once you set your motherboard to boot off of the flash drive, wipe the disc through the restore files on the flash drive. You can use google to see how to use "Windows System Repair" to wipe a hard disk etc. Also google how to install windows from a flash drive.
