Would training for muscle endurance cause your muscles to reduce in size?
I have a fair amount of lean muscle mass and normally train for strength. If I was to switch over to muscle endurance and agility training would I get smaller? I only ask this cause I know larger muscles have to take up more energy in order to move, so therefore I am under the assumption that in order to gain endurance you muscles would have to reduce their size in order to become more efficient. Any insight would be most appreciated.

Possibly slighty... Depending on the amount of reps you were doing,.. When you start training for enduRance rather than muscle hypertrophy or strength you do change the type of muscle fiber you are training.
As long as your continuing to eat high protein diet with enough carbs and fats, you won't lose much size.
