How many does till my food stamps expire?

I got my card in november, now that its almost the new year is the money going to go away!? im very responsible, I have around 457 dollars on it! I live in Florida, so is the money going to expire by 2011 or does it need its original 180 days to expire? If its the 180 days rule then im in the clear! REPLY ASAP PLEASE!!!

    I don't know what the rules are regarding the government teets.

    I believe federal food stamps last 365 days, but you have to use your card/a card at least once every 90 days or they may close your case. State food stamps vary from state to state; just search 'food stamp expiration' and your state name.
