How to help my mom get healthy?

Most of the women in my family are overweight, including me. I just lost about 37 lbs. and I want my mom to be healthier too. I also feel like the women in my family get sick and die before their time due to their weight. So, how do I get her to turn her life around? How do I introduce the subject?

    just work on diet tht suitable for the family like go out for a jog and eat right and workout

    Be direct, say to your mother that you are afraid your and her weight are unhealthy and would like to start a routine to loose the weight that you both could do, for example jogging together, and having the same diet. Usually people take more effort when someone is helping them and doing it with them. If she says "I don't want to go this morning" then start screaming, army style, "GET OUT OF THE BED AND GET DRESSED, WE HAVE 3 MILES TO RUN TODAY! DO YOU WISH THOSE LOVE HANDLES TO DISAPPEAR OR GET BIGGER?" something like that, while banging something noisy. And she has to do that to you too

    Address your concerns with her, but make sure you don't use aggressive language like "you're fat." Say you are worried about her health and that you want your mom to be around for many years to come.

    Also remember that you can't make her make this decision, she has to make the decision for herself to get healthy. Just make sure she knows you support her.

    Encourage her. Insted of sugar have her use truvia! I had my mom switch and shes lost twenty pounds, i also had her drink more water and eat more fiber filled foods. Good luck :)
