Honestly I think you may be reading to much into it. It could just be something that she does when texting people. I would just ask her why she always put two mouths on her smiley's.

she is probably meaning that she is very happy while txting you. She probably does like. You should just ask her. Most girls like assertiveness. Js. But up to you.
