Need help on pokemon platinum?

I'm trying to to train my Blissey but i'm struggling to teach it good moves. I wanted to teach it Thunder Wave, Aromatherapy, Softboiled and Seismic Toss. However, I heard that I can only get Seismic Toss from Leaf Green and Fire Red version at the Battle Tower. So what moves shall I teach my Blissey?

    Yeah seismic toss is a fr/lg exclusive move. Although I personally have a few to trade if you want them.

    If you don't feel like trading for one then just go with

    -ice beam

    -toxic

    -soft boiled

    -aromatherapy

    Toxic is better for stalling and ice beam kills of dragons amoung other things.
