Does anyone have a good recipe for Holy Water?

My neighbor is a godless, heathen Atheist and I want to hose him down with some HW.

    2. 1 Jew-nose.

    3. 1/4th pound of dog feces

    4. 2 tea spoons of urine.

    5. 3 grinded cockroaches.

    Holy water is a myth. Water never get to a state that it is "holy." Only God is holy, not water.
