suggest me a vegetable oil that is liquid at room temperature and have boiling point around 260 deg. cel.?

    I don't believe you will find any vegetable oil that meets that boiling point. Most vegetable oils start to smoke at ~ 125°C and the boiling point is just slightly higher at ~ 150°C. They all vary a little bit based on the ratio of saturated and unsaturated fats present, but that range is about 10°, nothing that will bring it up to 260°.

    You might need to find a mineral oil that would meet that spec.
