FIRST: I'M NOT A DOCTOR! That having been said; I believe that the antibiotics are interfering with normal bacteria in your system. The stomach problems MAY be due to a lack of the normal bacteria needed to digest food properly. I SUPPOSE there are other issues going on too.
I once had West Nile Virus. Before the doctors knew what I had they put me on very powerful antibiotics. It wreaked havoc with my system. I developed a fungus on my tongue that wouldn't allow me to taste a single thing. Eating "Substance" without flavor made me want to vomit. Finally, they realized what they were dealing with and the antibiotics were stopped, but not without first causing me some other problems, such as the tongue thing and stomach pains.
Getting well can some times make you sick. Since you are seeing a real Doctor, talk to him / her about your symptoms. If they are insignificant then he / she won't be alarmed. If they ARE serious, he will need to change your treatment ASAP. If, last of all, they are causing you considerable discomfort, and you would like to try a different treatment, there should be no problem changing your plan.
But of all things important, the most is to talk to your doctor. Let 'em know what's going on and how you are feeling. That's the best advice anyone can give you.

See the Doctor that prescribed it to you. My brother got Stevens Johnson's syndrome from medication.

My guess is that you feel sick from being sick. Not the medicine that you take because you're sick.
That just seems logical to me....
