How long for a soft food diet after wisdom teeth removal?
I was suppoused to have my wisdom teeth out a few days before Thanksgiving, but that got reschedualed. I am now having them out Jan 5th. How long are you on a soft food diet, and do you even feel like eating? Are these foods good to eat during the recovery period?
*Ice Cream
*Pudding
*Yogurt
*Popsicles
*Jello
*Cream of Wheat/Grits/Oatmeal
* Chicken Broth
What else, if you even felt like eating anything?

just have the diet for a week and yes you can eat them.just don't drink from a straw
