Honda civic oil change question?

Im doing the oil change my 2010 honda civic. the 1st oil change was free but now its down to %15 oil life and I want to do the oil change myself , my question is Does it take conventional or synthetic oil?

    It takes conventional oil but you can use synthetic if you want.

    use what ever oil your little honda's heart desire
