What kind of drink has Champagne & real fruit?
My cousin made a drink on Christmas Eve & I can't get in touch with her to see what it's called. I know she put some cheap Champagne in it along with a bag of frozen fruit & some frozen fruit juice and I don't know what else.Do you know what this drink is called?

It sounds like a sparkling sangria. Quite possibly, she may have added Grand Marnier or Brandy.
A mimosa is actually OJ & Grand Marnier mixed with Champagne or Sparkling. The other recipe is bunk and needs to be stopped.

Ingredients:
Champagne
2 ounces of cold orange juice (Oh, if you have fresh orange juice, what a special treat!)
Orange slice for garnish if using a large wine glass (not a flute - no garnish with a flute)
Crushed ice (optional)
Instructions:
Pour orange juice into a champagne flute (I use just a tiny bit of crushed ice in mine)
Add champage to fill the glass but be careful not to overfill
Garnish with a slice of orange if using a glass other than a flute Ingredients
Instructions:
Put a little crushed ice in a large wine glass
Fill about 3/5 of the glass with chilled champagne (you can "eyeball" it)
Top off with chilled passion fruit juice (let the bubbles of the champagne do the stirring)
Garnish with a sliced strawberry and / or an orange

Prince William drinks a cocktail called a "Treasure Chest" which is Champagne with peach liquor. You could use sparkling wine as a substitute, and the use of other liquors such as raspberry, blueberry, strawberry can be used also, these are called "Kir Royale"
Obviously adding the respective fruit for the liquor you choose would actually answer the initial question. :)

Any fruit will do. If you like strawberry go with that and if you like raspberry blend it and then add the champagne.
Orange juice & Champagne is a Mimosa
Here is a bunch to pick from
