A varied team, well balanced. You play to the strengths of your Pokemon, and I have very little to complain about this team. Some recommendations:
- Gengar's Sludge Bomb won't be very strong despite its STAB damage, and Destiny Bond isn't very reliable. Consider replacing those two movies with offensive ones (Explosion, Thunderbolt, Energy Ball)
-Ampharos doesn't need all the offensive moves, get rid of Power Gem and replace it with either Reflect, Substitute, or Light Screen. Signal Beam should be replaced with Focus Blast for more type coverage. Consider teaching it Toxic instead of Thunder.

Thats a great team. I suggest teaching your Alakazam or Gengar Hypnosis then dream eater. Thats the best team you will ever have. Its well balanced and has some great moves. Keep it up.

Maybe some more grass or fighting moves to take on rock types, but besides that looks good to me!
