Why won't my piccolo play E Natural?

It could play all other notes, except that darn E! Can someone please tell me what is the PROPER fingering for E?

Piccolos are NOT just *small flutes* - they need lots of special fingerings - and that is based on them having no leaks of things out of adjustment. www.wfg.woodwind.org should help you. If this is a good brand of plastic (I dare not ask if it is wood!) piccolo, and NOT some metal or half-metal eBay piece of crap, then this should help. If it IS some no-name POS, then just despair . . . . . .
