How can I use this plum sauce? I want to make a shrimp stir-fry and I'm not sure if I should?

marinate the raw shrimp in it or make a sauce for the whole thing. What do you think?

    To answer your question: make a sauce for the whole thing. Toss it in the pan with the raw shrimp and as it cooks, it will soak up the sauce. Then add assorted vegetables and stir-fry until everything's done. You may want to cook the vegetables first to avoid over-cooking the shrimp.

    I've never had plum sauce; I'd taste it before using it. If it's very sweet, you might want to mix it with soy sauce, powdered garlic and minced ginger.

    My opinion would be marinating and then stirfry and have the plum sauce on the side to litely drizzle on like soy sauce or dip shrimp.
