my car horn problems bmw?

i started my bmw and when i switch the key the horn was activated for no reason
after i pulled in and out the key then it started with no sound (it can start but with the horn blowing)
but it is so annoying, what can it be?
why the horn is activated
(the car is a 323 is 1998
it has alarm
i disconect the battery and i coonect it again to see if that might change something and it did not work

Either the burglar alarm or the ignition switch is bad.
It can not be due to a bad horn switch or a grounded horn.
