PLEASE give me step by step instructions on how to get a refund on my music!!!!!?

I have a 15 dollar itunes giftcard but by mistake, I purchased an album for 10 bucks. Now it says I have about 5 bucks on my gift card. Can I get a refund???? :)

    I don't think so because of copyright issue and all that. They might think that you just copied the music and wanted a refund. It won't hurt to try though. e-mail them :)

    you might be able to, if you email the iTunes people and explain to them that it was an accidental purchase, but more likely you probably wont get a refund

    go onto www.apple.com/support, find the iTunes contact link
