Is this some kinda of mild anger management issue or something else?

Ok so I've been noticing this a lot lately, I get really frustrated and worked up over the smallest things. My dad made me some french toast today after I asked him a couple times, but he seasoned them like with spices. When I bit into it I got really upset. I went downstairs and told him I appreciated it but I just couldn't eat it. But on my way back up I felt like I wanted to CRY. Sometimes if a buy a sweater or something and I go to wear it and it doesn't fit like I want, I will go into an anxiety attack and want to just stay home and sleep all day. If I was planning to go somewhere that day and it has to get postponed till the next day, I will be bitter all day and want to cancel it. I'm not a spoiled brat, I don't always get what I want. And I never express it to anyone else, I just feel frustrated in my room alone or something. It worries me because sometimes I want to go just break something or go crazy. Could this be anything treatable or just a fault in my personality?

It is something. But it is manageable. If there is a "will", you can surely find a way out.

Moreover I feel that there is no harm if you can also fix up an appointment with a professionally qualified doctor and take his considered opinion on this issue. Please consult him threadbare. Without knowing the other symptoms and without seeing the patient or the medical history of the patient, even a highly specialized doctor may not be able to guess or diagnose properly I think.
