Car problem: Oldsmobile Intrigue 2000?
I have a 2000 oldsmobile intrigue; i went to go get new brake pads and when i got in my car to leave from the shop my wheel was stiff. I told the shop and basically they cleaned out my power steering fluid and it ran smooth for a little while but then my wheel got stiff again. It loosens and stiffens randomly, but it seems like when i accelerate it becomes looser and when i am decelerating or stopped its tight. Any suggestions on what the problem is? Does it take a while for power steering fluid to go in the system?I don't know why the mechanics didn't figure it out the first time.

I have a suspitious mind. The power steering was OK until those mokeys got their hands on it. I think they loosened up the power steering belt (it would squeal though) or put oil on the power steering pulley. There's a chance I'm wrong and your power steering pump is wearing out. I would clean the power steering belt and pulley with spray brake cleaner and check the belt tension to troubleshoot it.

replace the temperature sending unit, im one hundred% confident its broken there's a distinction between temperature sensor and sending unit, the sending unit controls the gauge jointly as the temp. sensor controls the fan, etc...
