No, it won't cover very well at all. You need concealer for that.

Most likely if you pile powder on dark circles or even blemishes it will look really cakey. Try using a concealer and then setting it with some powder. Peach colored concealers are ideal for covering up the dark blue under eye circles. I prefer the L'oreal True Match concealer (although it is not peach because there seems to be no peach covered concealers at the drugstore :(, but it still works.) And their powder is amazing! It's almost like a powder foundation. Their foundation is good as well. So if you want a flawless looking face try the L'oreal True Match foundation, concealer and powder. Their inexpensive but good quality.

No, you have to use a concealer, but you can use the powder on top of the concealer to set it.

If you try using the powder as a concealer you will see it doenst give enough coverage.

I would highly suggest a concealer instead of a powder. with the power it will not give the look you may be trying to achieve.

concealer is the best for covering up dark cirlces. I think your talking about dark circles under your eyes, if you are i have the same thing and i use mac concealer and it works!! you can't even see my dark circles. I can wear purple eyeshadow without looking like someone punched me in the face. its greaat. :)
