I can't speak from experience, but I remember when my sister got 5 wisdom teeth removed at once and she was really hurting. Some of the pain killers they gave her made her throw up, or gave her stomach aches. She would try to stay hydrated by drinking water, or at least some Gatorade/Powerade. She would eat a lot of soups like Chicken Noodle Soup and Ramen were two common meals. When she was further along in the healing process, she would eat ice cream and mashed potatoes with butter and gravy. She didn't like yogurt, so she wouoldn't eat any of that, but pudding and jello were two desserts she would constantly have. Anything smooth and easy to keep down is a good choice of food. As long as it isn't anything too solid. Smoothies may also not be a bad idea.

Anything you can sip through a straw -- milk shake, protein shake, broth, soup, smoothie, or eat very soft stuff that does not need chewing - jello, pudding, mashed potatoes - etc. -
You wont' starve - but you will be in pain for a few days --
Most IMPORTANT -- DO NOT "suck" on the spaces - and try to keep your tongue out of there!! if you dislodge the blood clot that is forming (the "scab") on the holes -- you will develop a "Dry Socket" -- and that is the most painful thing you can have w/wisdom teeth --- Don't use mouthwash -- Follow your Drs. directions ----

Well I can't talk from experience (I wasn't born with wisdom teeth) but my siblings all ate foods with a watery consistancy, like soups and yogurt.
