Bleeding after orgasm? Is it normal?

My periods were due on 6th of january. Last night I had an orgasm during sex. Soon after that I started having cramps. Then my periods started in the morning. Did I concieve and the orgasm made me lose the egg cause i'm also trying to concieve. Please help.

    Well orgasms do contract the uterus and male your periods start/finish faster. You were trying to have a baby so I assuming it was unprotected and sometimes spotting happens. You may not be pregnant if it keeps up
