My dog keeps getting infections. His white blood count gets as high as 35,000.?
He gets fevers. At that time he doesn't eat or drink. I've taken him to vet after vet. They give antibiotics and they seem to work but the infection and fever comes back. He doesn't have any kind of worm problems. All blood and fecal test were normal with the exception of the white blood count. What can this be?

He may have an immune deficiency. The vet can give you advice on treating this. He may have to be on antibiotics for the rest of his life. Has your vet checked for diseases that could cause this, like STD's and Brucelosis?

Well, it is obvious there is an infection. Is your dog on any types of drugs, other than the anitbiotics? Some bone marrow diseases cause high white blood cell counts. Immune system disorders can do the same thing. There are many more causes of high white blood cell counts, but these are the most common.
I would go to a few other vets and have them do blood and urine tests and a full exam. Something is obviously wrong, as his white blood cell count is 3x the norm.
