Unfortunately there's basically nothing known about it and there is no trailer for it besides the stupid commercial which is actually footage from MLB 2K10, so you have to wait a little longer.

idk anything try in the new year...i really want to know too. I hope they can let you edit the gloves more and get better bats...and cleats to..the cleat spikes are supposed to be in the dirt

MLB 2K11 will be released on March 8, 2011.
The game was developed by 2K sports' visual concept studios.
As the released cover of Halladay shows, the game has improved its graphic including fixing the numbers on the back of the players jerseys.
