The GOP slowed our economy and the whole world's economies down to a mere TRICKLE, if that's what they had in mind. If they had been playing monopoly, they would have LOST in the first first go-around using the failed supply-side economics plus deregulation plus outsourcing of all our jobs-based tax revenues to third world nations plus growing our nation's deficit with their unfunded mandates, illegal war in Iraq, and drunken-sailor spending.

Do you suppose these far-right-wing religious extremists are AWARE they are in the minority nation wide because Democrats take care of the masses (more votes in election years) as well as businesses (Bill Clinton's presidency and now Barack Obama's as well), so the GOP just BRIBES their way to huge campaign donations from the fatcat few (i.e., the top 2% of our wealthiest) by removing government oversight and consumer protections like the good little corporate-collusionists they are, opening the door to bottomless-pit GREED and widespread CORRUPTION? I wonder how the tempest-in-the-teapot teapottier Andy Harris (TP-MD), a rabid anti-healthcare campaigner in bed with the insurance lobbists, is faring without his government-run health care that he was FURIOUS did not start until February. you assume that the money belongs to the government in the first place. even if it does not help anyone else and only stops the government from taking more money from the people who pay the most taxes. I'm fine with that. get it out of the governments hands.
