Does anyone think this is a good Idea? (10 points Best Answer)?
Every year, my school starts selling roses for $2, a week before Valentines Day.
And on the day that Valentines falls on, either Beta club members or whatever club that holds the sale, goes to every 5th hour class (the hour right before lunch) and calls out the names of who received a rose and hands one to them.
I'm pretty sure if your school has ever done "Candy Grams" you get the concept.
Anyways, I've seen way too many times where some girls get upset because no one thought enough to buy them any roses.
Maybe this year I can make a girl a little happier.
I want to send my boyfriend a flower...with a note saying he can't keep the rose, and he has to give it to a girl in his class that didn't get a rose.
I'm not really worried he can't find someone to give it to. I find it really unlikely that every girl he takes 5th hour with will get, at least, one rose.
But the thing is at school, and in the real world, guys don't get flowers that often.
If someone says something mean, and then he gives it to a girl, to me, it sends the message "oh, too many people are going to clown me over this...here, you take it." And, defeats the whole purpose of just doing something nice.
Maybe, I'm looking into this too much..it's just a simple gesture to make a stranger's day.
But, what do you think, Yahoo Answers users?
Should I send the rose?

Your gesture of wanting to send a rose to someone who won't get one warms my heart. You are a real sweetheart and I applaud your generosity.
I wouldn't send your bf a rose, because this will put him in a bad position. Find out from the person selling the roses who is not on the list. Surely, you'll know someone who's not on the list and you can send it to her anonymously - like "from a friend" or from "someone who cares." You not only will make someone's day, but also this may be the start for you to incorporate random acts of kindness into your life, which is a wonderful and gratifying thing to do. I know, because I do it all the time.
Good luck!

What if you're boyfriend gives it to another girl to make her feel better and it makes her so happy that she ends up fancying him because of it? Believe me it could happen, you get some pretty crazy stalker girls out there, first you'd of cheered her up, then you'll be fighting her off you're boyfriend.
BAD IDEA.
trust me...
but btw you sound really nice, and it's a nice gesture, but a little risky me thinks.
