simple geometry question?

if im going to make a rotation to a triangle and a dilation should i do the outer term first or do it in the order its given??

Heres the question: Make a rotation of 270 (degrees) and dilatition of 2

    if it's simple then why don't you do it??? but you should do the outer term first.

    You should do them in the order indicated, but a rotation and a dilation will be commutative (you can do them in either order and get the same result).
