How can I eat healthier when eating fast food?
Pretty much fast food is my only option. I have a VERY busy life and I feel I don't have time to prepare meals. Not to mention I live with someone else for the time being and I always feel awkward cooking at her home.
Like I said my life is VERY busy, I start work at 6AM and end work around 3PM and then I have to go straight to school which ends at 10PM. Whenever I have free time, I use that to walk my dog or take him to the dog park. :-\
I feel as though fast food is my only option for my lifestyle and I can feel myself getting fatter and unhealthy. So, how can I make a healthy choice when it comes to fast food? and how can I stop gaining weight?
Please, please, please answer this question haha
Thanks
Would exercising help stop the gaining weight part? I doubt I can stop eating fast food. I drink lots of water and order all my sandwiches plain.

I'd say stick with subway. Avoid the processed meats though and choose the grainy bread. Have salad (chicken or tuna) every once in a while instead of the sandwiches. Other than that if you can't cook get some natural peanut butter and a protein supplement so you can get some sort of food around the house.

Hmmm, try to eat small portions. Order small fries. Consider going for a happy meal (which believe it or not has a whopping 700 calories on average....imagine what an adult sized meal has!) Order a small sized drink. Better yet, ask for a cup of water (which is free). Also look for healthy alternatives for example at Mcdonalds they have a small bag of apples with caramel dips that you get instead of fries. Or salad...but beware that a lot of time these salads are very high in calories.
You really gotta find time to exercise because that food is killer.
Good luck :)
