why can't i take the egg in violet city?
I have the gym badge, I am at the pokemart to pick up the egg. but they give me the message of "your party is full. You can not take the egg yet.
I have six pokemons. Is that too many?

Yes. Just drop one of your pokemon off in the PC box in the Pokemon Center, go back to the store, pick the egg up, and there you go!

Go to Pokemon Center at the corner at the bench(on which the nurse is seen) you will see a computer acess someone computer (option no.1) and deposit the pokemon

Of course it's too many. You have to have a space open on your party, and your only allowed six pokemon on a party.
