THen just pick not the worst but a lower team in that conference. Example, big ten pick purdue, minnesota, indiana. Also these team if you eventually become good with them will bring a decent size crowd. BIg 12 id recommend, Kansas, Kansas State, Baylor. Sec, id go with Vanderbilt, Kentucky, Mississippi State. This way these are all good conferences, and if your team becomes good, this will make another good team in the conference, and every game will be a tuff game to win.
