What is this super nintendo game called?

Me and my brother used to play this game and cannot remember what it is called. You had really short people and walked around fields and forests. I remember you fight a witch in part of it and there is alot of really dramatic music. I know that is not alot of detail, but it is not the game secret of mana or illusions of gaia...

    Time commute appears like Chrono set off... yet you reported it wasn't delusion so i will wager Earthbound? if no longer lemme recognize and that i will study it slightly extra...I even have like countless snes activity
