Can I install Win7 64bit in the same drive as my XP 32bit?

I have WinXp 32bit installed in drive C: and I want to dual boot win7 64bit in the same drive. Is it possible? As much as possible I don't want to use 2 partitions.

i think that the improve version does not actual desire XP to be put in anymore, it could purely on the spot so you might pass into your XP CD or XP Product Key and settle for that as a prior version to enhance from. I additionally do no longer think of you may improve from 32-bit to sixty 4-bit without doing a sparkling set up. however, improve isn't comparable to bathe set up, and you in all risk will desire an entire replica of homestead windows 7. Oh. and make particular your computing device can run sixty 4-bit OSes. center Duos won't, yet center 2 Duos and later will.

separate partitions are required, as well as boot manager type software to choose which to boot.
