On the cats chin is dried blood, its in spots like you see in ear mites, but on her chin, what is it?
I tried cleaning it off with warm water and a wash cloth. At first the cat fought, then she settled and seemed to like it. There aren't any scratch marks, but she does have something that feels like a cyst under her chin and the fir is coming off.

It's a good possibility that it's from fleas. My animals got immune to our flea medicine and my cat had the same things, he had small bumps all over his head. Give your cat a warm bath (not to warm) and get flea medicine if you haven't already.

How old is your cat. If it is pretty young then it could be acne. Yes cats can get pimples. From around age 8 months to 18 months or so.
