I try to edit my answer to a question, but I keep getting an error message?
Yesterday I did quite some work typing in an edit of my answer to a question. Since I know that one can't rely on the internet to work every time I copied the edited text so I still have it.
But although I am still able to edit my answer to another question I keep getting an error message when I try to edit my contribution to this particular question.
What is there to do? And could it have something to do with the fact that I used quite some time typing in the answer so maybe the website with the edit form somehow timed out?
Since I already did the work I would really appreciate to be able to post it!
The error message read:
"Yahoo! Answers is currently unavailable...Yahoo! Answers is experiencing technical difficulties. We appreciate your patience while we fix the problem and apologize for any inconvenience. We assure you we aim to have service restored as soon as possible..." (I leave out the rest as it is irrelevant)
Thanks for your suggestion, *Dannie*! I tried to use a different web-browser (which I haven't used for yahoo answers ever before so it has no history of it) but still the same thing happened. I think it has to do with my account somehow - that the status of this particular question has a technical error connected with my account.
What if some parameter tells yahoo answers that I didn't contribute to the question yet - then an edit of my contribution would (maybe) cause a technical error? I'm just guessing based on the best of my knowledge about programming.

Maybe you could try delete your internet history and try again. Im not sure because its never happened to me so i would say its something to do with your internet connection.
