Is there any way to change Brazilian Reais into Singapore Dollars directly?

    If it is cash, any bank should be able to do it for you. If you want to do it by TT, ask your bank what is the best way to go about it. If you have BRL in the account, change it before sending it to Singapore, you will get a better exchange rate generally.
