Weather is awesome to play soccer(similar to lower state California), but the media down here in Florida is focus on Football and Baseball mainly because many of the many latin americans living down here are from the Caribbean and/or baseball orientated countries like Nicaragua, Panama, Cuba, Puerto Rico, Venezuela and such and such; on the same hand, there's a lot of Africans, African-Caribbeans, and African Americans around here so they obviously aim for Football, Basketball mainly as always. It's weird to say this about latin Americans since they're well known for their passion about Football(soccer), but it's just that soccer gets off their heads once they land here in Florida. Do not know why is that phenomenon. Even on the news, you can see(can't speak Spanish) that the sports are basketball, American Football, and Baseball ONLY(or mainly). Soccer has poor support in less words down here. The Latin-American-Caribbean population's majority might have some influence in this kind of thinking.

The team could work, but it would need a massive intervention of the media on the marketing area to be successful.
