Looking for a DnD Group?
I have been wanting to form a Dungeons and Dragons game, but have a few problems. First i need a DM and I need more players. I play 3.5, but can run 4th as well. If there are any players around the world who want to enter a chat room and play or are around Batesville, Arkansas, please leave a comment. NOTE: I am attempting to form a group. DO NOT leave a message if you aren't serious!!

First, check the local area for game shops...many will have a bulletin board for people looking for groups or groups recruiting for new players. Also, check local colleges - many have gaming clubs that may be open to non-students.
If none of those work, try meetup.com or yahoo group DnD_Contact to look for locals. As far as online gaming, I'd suggest a tabletop emulator rather than trying to game just in a chat room, which is frustrating at best in trying to visualize PC/monster positions. My favorite is OpenRPG, tho others favor MapTools or Gametable...all have chat windows, programmable diebots and a battlemat that you can drop tokens onto and move around. (I prefer ORPG, especially for casual and pick-up games since it has public servers and mustering lobbies.)
