If you want homework help?

Should you paste in which book you are using for the subject? That way someone (like a teacher) might know which book failed to explain it adequately.

That may be a good idea to do. Also some other things you may want to include are...

    • What level you are in, (example: Algebra II, Calculus)

    • What you're struggling in, (example: a certain part of the problem)

    • What chapter you are on (if you are talking about a book for English)

    • Background knowledge (how much background knowledge you have on a certain topic, that way the answerer may explain it in a much simpler way or more complex)

Hope this helps! Good luck! :)

It's always useful to the helper to have the name of the book. Some people will know it and be able to help you. Others won't and will hopefully go on to something they do know.

I prefer to have all details of the problem in your question.

If you refer to a book, I'm not going there. I probably don't have it anyway.
