Court tomorrow for resisting arrest and disorderly conduct HELP?Assaulted by the cops for a minor incident?

Okay, on new years eve i went a lil crazy. I might have been intoxicated and got out of control, bt it wasnt intentional. See i went to this hookah bar after i left a house party, while i was there some ppl started to act crazy and the cops were called. My friend wanted us to leave so we left, bt b4 we did i realized i left my phone inside. Trying to get back in, the lady who works there stopped me and told me i wasnt allowed, even after i explained to her why i wanted to go in. She was being a total bxtch, so i started cursing and yelling @ her, i kinda dont remember most of what happened, but my friend told me the cop told me to leave a few times, but i refused. To make a long story short, the cop gave me one more chance, tell me y when i was about 2 leave i was told the officer grabbed me and slammed me against the concrete, i landed face first, and the other officer mased me in my face and all of a sudden they started to tell me to stop resisting!!! wtf is that?!? 1. he never told me i was under arrest 2. he came @ me outta nowhere 3. im a female, he didnt have to do all that! My question is i have court in the morning in the mayors office where the incident had occured, so am i in the wrong? i know im guilty of disorderly conduct, but not reisiting arrest, i couldnt breath b/c of the mase and i was in so much pain....basically, i didnt deserve to be beated up, i never touched the cop so i dont understand y he put his hands on me. Tooth #9 and #10 are slightly loose according to my dentist and i might have to have root canal therapy, my chin was scratched and knee was horribly bruised/swollen. I just noticed the officer wrote down 1/1/2010 in instead of 2011 does that make a difference @ all? please help!!!

Update:

I didnt go to jail! In order for me to be resisting arrest, dont i have to be under arrest first? tlike i said b4 the cop just slammed me against the griund and the other one mased me without warning and started to yell stop resisting. My friend was there to witness the whole thing, and he was sober!!

Yes, you have been "within the fallacious". Being feminine has not anything to do with it. You have been appearing loopy and it is very viable that you just have been so tousled you did not appreciate that you just have been being arrested. That's now not the cop's fault. You simply admitted that you just "kinda do not don't forget such a lot of what occurred" however you'll be definite that the law enforcement officials don't forget it very good, and they did not ought to deliver you a different danger. Maybe at some point you must preclude getting under the influence of alcohol. It sounds such as you are not able to manage it.

Most likely you will just be fined and have to do community service and write the prick cop an apology letter. I've been tased and beaten half to death by 4 cops when I was 10000% innocent. Never laid a pinky on the cop or yelled at him or anything. Simply asked "why do I have to get out of the car?" I got nothing for my bloody injuries and permanent scars. Just community service. My only charge was resisting arrest. I was was arrested for resisting arrest. Just show up and dress up for court and make sure you do your community service and will save you further problems. The cop most likely wont even be at court. Usually when they beat the crap out of you in a fit of pig rage- you just get community service and no probation. At least in my case.

Well even if you weren't resisting arrest the cop still yelled it out since he yelled it out it is considered resisting arrest. But maybe you don't have to go since he wrote down 2010
