So Liverpool fans, what defenders should we sign now?

Judging by tonights performance it's safe to say Agger, Johnson & Skertel aren't good enough. Who would you sign?

    then a beast at centre back, along the lines of mertesacker, but **** are we getting him nowadays.

    LB cock it, if Kenny can lose against blackpool then of course we can get mertesaker.

    Ryan Shawcross and Micah Richards in the centre. Kelly on the right. Joe Mattock from West Brom on the left

    I like Mexes...good in the air..physical and is also a passing defender at times...The only problem is that he is sometimes slow...not Kyrgiakos slow, but hey...he's more physical than Skrtel and less injury prone than Agger which are 2 qualities we need right now
