Why can't i open computer management?
Ok i know how to open it i can do it on my desktop but not on my laptop here is my laptop spec; win xp media center editon. Hope you can help me :l

Are you doing it via right click 'My Computer' then manage? Instead try:
start menu, Run, type 'mmc' then hit enter
then file, 'add/ remove snap-in'
browse to 'computer management' click 'add', click ok, click finish, click ok.
