can u pull over people in need for speed hot pursuit?
During the free drive modes when your a cop is it possible to pull cars over or is it just mainly driving around?

Nah i dont think you can, the game says go into free mode as a cop and bust racers but i did that for like 4 hrs and did not see one racer and couldnt pull anyone over but still a really fun game so not a huge issue but would be cool if you could

Unfortunately you can't though i wish you can!
Free Roam, is mainly for testing out your car and/or driving around.

Basically if your the cop you have to 'bust' the racer by hitting him/her or using equipment
its a fun game though
