What is it like having a job after 2009?
The economy is bad, so there are the highest unemployment we have seen since the Great Depression. Been unemployed two years. So therefore what is it like having a job after 2009, and what is the nature of it? How do you feel? Did you work in 2010, if yes then do you still work today?

Im a student and worked part time until a couple months ago. I walked out. I think right now, its bad. Not only cant you find a job, work places are falling apart everywhere. Hostility is everywhere.

The same as it ever was, same old job for the last 21 years - the only thing that changes is the technology. Latest unemployment figure is 9.4%, just doesn't seem very high to me. Don't know anyone who doesn't have a job that wants one, don't know anyone who lost their job. Do know of 8 people who changed jobs in the last few months, all without a gap in employment. So, just saying things are ok in my world and so sorry for those who are struggling.
